Jonathan Rose

Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska taught me the value of hard work, self-reliance, and the satisfaction of building things with your own two hands. That do-it-yourself mindset shaped who I am today. From a young age, I was drawn to cars, and by high school, I was already deep into the world of engines. I worked as a mechanic throughout high school and continued while attending the University of Arizona. The drive to fix every problem with my own hands has always been a passion of mine as well as building engines in my free time.

Entrepreneurship has been part of my journey since I was 16. I've launched multiple businesses over the years, including car customization company and a short-lived but valuable home renovation business with my friend James—who I later went on to cofound FieldFuze with. Each venture has pushed me to grow and stay committed to craftsmanship, creativity, and taking ideas from concept to reality.

Outside of work, I’m always chasing adventure. I spend my free time flying, snowboarding, snowmachining, and hiking. My two biggest personal goals are to climb K2 and ski the Tordrillo Mountain Range in Alaska—because for me, life is about pushing limits, staying curious, and never settling.

James (Max) Mifflin

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I grew up playing competitive sports, which built my grit and discipline which has carried over into everything I do – from starting businesses to tackling ultramarathons.

I got my finance degree from the University of Arizona, which brought Jon and I together, and I’ve been on an entrepreneurial path ever since. I teamed up Jon and my brother Greg to cofound FieldFuze, combining our backgrounds in construction, tech, and finance to create a company built for hard-working professionals.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside – hiking, dirt biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, or training for my next challenge. Since completing a triathlon and a 50k, my personal goals include finishing an Ironman and running a 100-mile race.

For me, FieldFuze is more than just a business – it’s about building something meaningful that will help others reach their full potential.
